Before you buy

Is everything factory sealed?

Every sealed item is factory sealed — we never open, search, weigh or reseal anything. The occasional single card we list is clearly marked as a single, with its condition and photos of the exact card.

How do pre-orders work?

You're charged at checkout and your order ships on or before street date. If our allocation is cut, we fill pre-orders oldest-first and refund anything we can't fill in full.

How is it packed?

Every order ships in a box with padding and corner protection. Displays and premium collections are double-boxed.

Why are there purchase limits?

To keep hot releases in collectors' hands. Orders that go over the limit, including across multiple accounts or addresses, may be cancelled and refunded.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping box and product and we'll send a replacement. All sales are final otherwise; see our refund policy.
